What Leafs studs did you pick other than Sundin & Bower? No Sittler, Wendy, Mahovolich, Gilmour, McDonald, Andreychuk, Salming, Richardson... And I'm not even a stinkin' Leafs fan. 😂 meh, still all better picks than Ryan Smyth. Meh... Your opinion. Smyth was as good as Roberts; same ilk and right in the same echelon as him, Ciccarelli, Holmstrom, etc. Smytty just isn't given enough credit because of how he played the game, yet every team he played for, he managed to end up on the top line. But yeah... He was a total scrub eh?! 😂

I'd never take anyone that would allow their kid to play for the Habs.

Thise are based on people’s opinions and Stanley cups. As a pure player, I believe that Mats Sundin is the greatest Leaf to ever play. That being said, I think Matthews will be the best by the time he retires.

Top 5, maybe, but there's 2 or 3 guys who easily top him, both individually and their impact on the teams success.

Was a full 200 player, played in every scenario, was an amazing leader on and off the ice. Only reason people don’t like him is because he left in the way he did.

I guess then it becomes an argument of what "greatest Leaf" means. To me, that means winning and leading your team to the cup - something Sundin failed to do. I'm not a Sundin hater, I just don't think he's the greatest Leaf ever.

It’s not his fault that the team put around him wasn’t good enough, hockey is a team sport not like basketball where one guy can run the game.

Best Leaf of All-Time is John Tavares because he came out of his way to play here. What a legend, that's 42 on the season now.
