I think it’s fair. Crosby is a 98 but also 31 and I’m not 100% sure he can produce at the rate of a 98 player and will probably downgrade. Pastrnak and DeBrusk are still upgrading and I think them plus the retention is fair.

You guys agree with the rest though? I mean kinda - think theres a little off between Rask & Murray swap, I get the idea but Murray is 8 years younger with only 2 OAs difference, which he could get in this years upgrades. Just like the way you have younger McAvoy swapping 1-1 for Letang who is 5 OA more & 11 years his senior. Theres a lot to process here & I have to admit I am unsure, but I do like the way you & Cook are thinking. |

at one point we had Dube and all my 2020 draft picks for LW Jake Guentzel SNP 87 - 6.0M UFA 2024 (23) and I thought that filled in the difference in this trade

I think Debrusk is overkill in here. I'll accept if he gets taken out. Pittsburgh reshapes their entire core and becomes young while the Bruins get a small window to win.
