There kind of isn't, as usual, actually. Teams with 3 won't move one unless you sell the farm on your own future, and no one generally wants or is willing to take older assets, no matter how good they are still.
So, on one hand, I understand where Cook is coming from with trading between his own teams and the frustration, but the amount he does it, or at least tries to, is a bit concerning, especially with the type of deals he attempts. It does look like stacking, even if it's his 2nd team getting the "star player".
I dunno... I'm on the fence with this one myself.
