3-TEAM GMs
Want to open up discussion about allowing a 3rd team for GMs.
We have been extremely active here, yet haven't been able to recruit a full league and thats imperative for growth, so in a sense, we have become stagnated.
As you all already know, I manage all NON-GM teams the same way I manage my own personal teams. My high standards for trades & development have caused most of the NON-GM teams to miss out on any asset rotation.
Think its safe to say we would ALL like to see more activity with trades and negotiations so with more access to assets, opening up a 3rd team to GMs would allow us to grow further as a league.
IF there are a lot of GMs willing to take a 3rd team, then ADMINs will pick the most active GMs to have access first.
*The same OA restrictions would be kept for inter-team trading, with an addition of an inter-team trade limit of 2 per season*
OPTIONS
A) GMs are allowed to manage up to 2 TEAMS
B) GMs are allowed to manage up to 3 TEAMS
C) GMs are allowed to manage UNLIMITED TEAMS

I think two teams is enough. Although I think someone did toss around the idea of having “firing”. I think if we were to do a third team it would be cool to have PR give a direction for that team. By meeting the set goals for that team we could look at rewards and/or the loss of that third team if not met. Idk just something different. Being all teams no one wanted in the first place, I don’t think I’d be heartbroken to lose them. Also if a new GM comes in that’s the team they would take anyways. Also forces the GMs to have activity with our third teams.

Damn was hoping this wasn't going to be close.. I voted for 2 teams. Either way I don’t really care though. I just don’t think if we go to 3 teams you should be able to trade with your own teams |

I am honestly curious for those who said 2 teams, WHY?
You realize you're only giving the boss dude MORE work to do?
We're blessed we have sims on the daily and stats updates. Why are we trying to give this man a full-time job running this league?
Let us give the 3rd teams some love. Let him do the sim stuff and handle his 2 teams.

I'd also be down for the idea of a '1-year' contract for those teams or some sort of owner goal if they want to rebuild

Yea I’d take one but keep in mind PR already helps me get my teams ready in FA. If he is still willing to help me then I’d take a third team
