Just so everyone is aware

Juulsen received a prospect boost this off-season, but because he is now 23, he is eligible for MLUs this off-season

This is in effect for any players that have turned 23 after receiving PROSPECT UPGRADES

GOALIES are eligible for MLUs after receiving PROSPECT UPGRADES when they turn 25

So can Arizona upgrade - C Dylan Strome PLY 85 (23)?
