To DAL LW Alex Killorn TWF 83 (31) - 4.45M UFA 2023 - NTC RD Tyson Barrie OFD 84 (29) - 3.75M UFA 2021 G Andrei Vasilevskiy HYB 91 (26) - 9.5M UFA 2028 To TBL RW Blake Comeau TWF 79 (34) - 2.4M UFA 2021 RD Alex Pietrangelo TWD 90 (30) 8.8M UFA 2027 - NMC G Ben Bishop HYB 89 (34) - 4.917M UFA 2023 - NMC Player Rep for trade clauses. I believe we're both playoff teams so there should be no problem there.

This is an auto reject lol read the rules. It’s not playoff teams it’s where you’re in the standings. Not sure if there’s an exemption since it’s early but then the rules would be kind of dumb.

Rules say, A) Players aged 27> will ALWAYS waive their NTC/NMC in ANY TRADE to ANY TEAM B) PLAYERS aged 28->31 will ONLY waive their NTC/NMC to TEAMS that are HIGHER IN STANDINGS at the time of the TRADE C) PLAYERS aged 32+ will ONLY waive their NTC/NMC to PLAYOFF TEAMS at the time of the TRADE Player Rep & Minnesota Wild GM For clarification if the trade should be rejected. Having both Killorn and Pietrangelo in the trade makes me think it's against the rules.

I believe the intent of the "higher in standings" thing was so non-playoff teams could trade guys to better non-playoff teams. I could be wrong though, I'll let Minnesota Wild GM make that call.

Reject because to me it's against the rules. I was waiting on clarification but if you need an answer right now, this is what my vote is. Doesn't matter what the intent of the rule is, the rule is very clear. Part C says Playoff Teams. So you might be shit out of luck on this one even though you 2 are both playoff teams and very close in the standings.
My vote may change depending on any clarification we get.

Well this is going to look greasy cause I have a deal with DAL that is being posted that has Comeau involved
Yet based off the rules:
Killorn would waive to DAL since DAL is higher in the standings than TBL
Pietrangelo would NOT waive to TBL since DAL is higher in the standings
Bishop would waive his clause to TBL since TBL is a playoff team
Think this puts DAL over the cap anyways

Minnesota Wild GM, would this type of trade work in the offseason or would it be based off the previous season's standings?

Think this puts DAL over the cap anyways It does not. Out of curiosity, if we were tied, would they waive? Unless my math is wrong Dallis is currently one point up on Tampa right?
