Since becoming a GM on IronManSims, the APU system there seems so much better than what we have here.
Ottawa Senators GM has always been advocating for an APU system that allows minor players to develop into 79-80 & I always said no to him. Now seeing how effective it works and allowing younger players to take that step the the NHL, I'd like to impose it here as well.
Simple vote, KEEP IT the same *OR* CHANGE IT to IronMan rules
IronMan APU Rules:
APU will be portioned as such:
79 OA -- 3 APU to add 1 to Player Overall
78 OA -- 2 APU to add 1 to Player Overall
75-77 OA+ -- 1 APU to add 1 to Player Overall
68-74 OA -- 1 APU to add 2 to Player Overall
57-67 OA -- 1 APU to add 3 to Player Overall
-There will be age restrictions on APU usage
20 yr olds can only receive 2 APU
21 yr olds can only receive 3 APU
22 yr olds can only receive 4 APU
23+ yr olds, no max, can use all 6 APU
