Hughes should win for sure Think its more of the defensive aspects overall though. +/- shouldn't carry much weight but McAvoy having 43 more hits, 44 more blocks, 27 more takeways and 3:00 more mins of icetime makes him a better Norris candidate imo. Hughes was fucking stellar though with 60 apples, just don't think he put up great defensive stats overall.

I noticed that too but typically the Norris focuses more on offense and being that Hughes was so far above everyone else i figured it was a lock. McAvoy had a stellar year though, so its not that Hughes got screwed....just a bit surprising.
