Wondering what you think of a new award, "The most underrated player" award.
This is awarded to a player who's production far outweighs their overall.
This came to mind after Turcotte won the Hart trophy this year. Even though he didn't perform to the level of other players in the running (McDavid), he won because his production was so good compared to his overall... Which isn't really what qualifies a player for a Hart trophy, but I digress.
What if we did an award with the top 5 players that performed way past their overalls (simmer would pick the top 5). Then we all vote for our favorite?

We already give a +1 out for it. Called the Bill Masterton, game is usually spot on with its picks too. This years winner was DET Grimaldi who was 81 OA and put up 22G and 44PTS.
