I was told they didn't want to resign Kerfoot, hence dealing him away. I don't want to be that guy with a new GM, so please...speak your minds. |

I accept this trade. I want to build around my younger core and this opens up a spot in the lineup for a guy that I didnt want to resign anyways whilst also giving me building blocks for my roster. I joined today and this was the best offer I received from an interested team so I thought id take it.

I think value wise it’s acceptable, only thing id say is Buffalo is currently in a good playoff spot, so it would open a hole in their top 6, but if BUF wants to start building for next year and he was gonna let kerfoot walk anyway its a good deal to get some assets back

Carlsson is at a level in game where he can take over 2nd C and be effective if BUF still wants to be competitive. I was managing BUF this season and they have a plethora of FWDs that can sub in. Think getting a 1st & 2nd along with a prospect that can be APUd this offseason is a solid return for a UFA that has no future in BUF. I'm good with it.
