Zib has a NMC, so you cant put him on minors unless PR approves or if you buy him out, these are frim the rules:

E) WAIVERS - ANY PLAYER with a NMC will waive for a B/O

F) WAIVERS - ANY PLAYER with a NMC will need to get permission from Player Rep to waive for MINORS
