There is going to be a change made to Auto Upgrade/Downgrade Age eligibility.

We want to put it to a vote on which off-season we should implement it.

Either next off-season (2022) or the following one (2023).

***THERE WOULD BE NO CHANGES MADE TO AMPUs/MPUs***

"Rules" are made for Skaters & Goalies separately.

SKATERS "5-6-7 Rule"

5 - Skaters (F/D) will have 5 years (ages 18-23) of Auto Upgrade eligibility only**(like it is now)

6 - Skaters (F/D) will have the next 6 years (ages 23-29) of both Auto Upgrade & Downgrade eligibility.

7 - Skaters (F/D) remaining 7 years (ages 29-36) will be Auto Downgrade eligibility only**

GOALIES "7-4-7 Rule"

7 - Goalies (G) will have 7 years (ages 18-25) of Auto Upgrade eligibility only**(like it is now)

4 - Goalies (G) will have the next 4 years (ages 25-29) of both Auto Upgrade & Downgrade eligibility.

7 - Goalies (G) remaining 7 years (ages 29-36) will be Auto Downgrade eligibility only**
