I think it would be an interesting concept to try, even if it's just for a bit of fun.
We should give PR the ability to 'fire' a GM if their team isn't performing, making bad moves, etc. At that time the GM could either plead their case or take on a different team as I don't think we should force them to give up their team.
Thoughts?

I don’t like it. Invest in a team for a few seasons then not be able to manage anymore would be a piss off

Maybe you can only get fired from your secondary team

Maybe you can only get fired from your secondary team We should revisit this idea. Come up with a "3 season plan" for your 2nd team. If you fail, you get booted. If you succeed, you stay. That way the 4-5 teams that haven't had a GM, will have one and it becomes sort of like a rotation. Let's spice things up people. Pour some hot sauce in this league.

Admins, what do we think here? Should be put this to a league wide vote?
I like the 2nd round lottery addition. That added a little pepper spice to the league.
Let's add some cajun seasoning to this league now. Brand new twist.
I'd like to hear from other GM's because I am totally cool with swapping (secondary) teams every 3-5 seasons to keep it fresh and interesting. If I fail and suck, then I fail and suck. If I'm good at my job, I stay.

What we could do is bring back a role from an old sim league called The Owner. He’d set out goals and objectives for each team and if you failed to reach the goals or at least make an effort to then you were fired. There was also contracts so if you had a 3 year contract and the owner was happy with how you did by the end of the 3 years then he could decide to not resign you. I think it’d be a cool thing to add for secondary teams.
Not to mention I’d totally be down to take a second team if The Owner was made here.

If this goes through I’m giving up Boston lol but it could be an interesting idea. I just don’t want to start over with another team didn’t really want 2 teams to start with lol

Good work, Joubran!
