Noticed there have been some different formats when it comes to trades being posted.
Want to keep the format identical so the following changes have been made.
These rules have been implemented & will be enforced from now onwards
Failure to comply will result in a REJECT/FINAL
1. BOTH GMs involved, MUST ACCEPT before any other GMs put any INPUT on a TRADE. (this included likes or any form of acknowledgement of the trade, inlcuding cbox)
-this has been a cardinal rule that we all have forgotten. It is now reimplemented.
-GMs who do not follow this, will have their input deleted & they will not be able to have any influence on that specific trade, regardless of the outcome
2. TRADES MUST include TEAM LOGOs
-if you are unfamiliar with how to create logos when posting, please see hockleague.freeforums.net/thread/4142/team-abbrv-logos
3. TRADE format MUST be alphabetical
-The teams are listed in alphabetical order at the top of every page for those who want a quick reference.
-MUST post title this way as well***
example, if Calgary is trading w/ Carolina, then the trade should be posted as such, regardless of which GM is posting.

4. You MAY NOT post any TRADE until you have put INPUT on any previous TRADE that is still unprocessed.
-If you post trades without adding any input to unprocessed trades, your new posted trade will be automatically Rejected/Final
-This will have zero tolerance & will not accept excuses of "I was going to get to the other trade after I posted mine"
5. BOTH GMs trading Players w/ NMC or NTC MUST contact Player Rep to convince said player to waive for their new destination
-BOTH GMs are responsible to convince each player to absolve their NMC/NTC.
-PR will not make a decision until PMs are sent by BOTH GMs involved in the deal
That should be it.
If you can think of anything else you may want to see happen with trading, don't hesitate to send us Admins suggestions.
Party on.
