Take Sillinger out and hopefully we don’t have to see Bennett’s name in trade talks for awhile lol Then it's the wrong way. A 25 yo RFA is worth more than two mediocre 3rd pairing guys IMO Sandin + Schmaltz > Bennett. But if you really want to do this, I will change my vote because I was mistaken thinking Bennett should be a UFA |

My rejection is based on the fact he agreed in PM to trade me Sillinger in deal and that I'm sure someone would take Bennett's rights if he was being as reasonable on the ask as he is for himself. That's not a valid, nor acceptable reason to reject. |

Read your PM's. You were never getting Sillinger. You can't reject a trade for personal reasons. You read the PMs back to yourself in sequence bud. I asked about Sillinger being added, and you asked me to add after that. No mention you'd posted this crap... Just expected me to give you a +2 upgrade AND a developing goalie for an 80 that's out of auto upgrades. 😂😂😂 No wonder you can't trade Bennett to anyone else but yourself when you're trying to rip folks off that badly. 😜 |

This is just so greasy. Getting to pick up a young 86 for a bunch of meh realistically. Schmaltz has negative value realistically since he's now forced on your cap for the entire duration. Sandin is kind of okay, but still no guarantee. the 19 year old 73, yup maybe a future middle six, 2nd line player.

What we really need is some standard values here. People are rejecting to reject. Two in a row we’ve had people on either sides of value rejecting. STL can afford the cap hit because it’s gonna be steep for the 86. Philly overpaid slightly as they’re the primary team which is the ‘golden rule’ this should never be rejected. |

No, neither team is supposed to get overpaid. The entire idea was a last resort trade for even depth players. Not the primary focus of moving top tier talent. Bennett is a 3/4 F in this league. |
