UPGRADE LIMITS:

*use TEAM OWN 3rd, 4th and 5th on any prospect no matter the limit* (meaning whoever's 1st it is, you need their boosters. Ex. Anaheim owns Arizona 1st, needs Arizona 3rd, 4th and 5th for this rule to apply.)

Max upgrades for each position will be: (OAs are +2 to limit for every age (19 +2, 20 +4, 21 +6)

2nd round picks automatic upgrade after being drafted:

PICK 32-36: +3
PICK 37-43: +2
PICK 44-53: +1
PICK 54-62: +0

PROSPECTS will come in at the age of 18, unless otherwise indicated (over-agers), and have the following salary depending on draft position:

1st overall = 4.00M
2nd overall = 3.85M
3rd overall = 3.5M
Picks 4 - 6 = 3.0M
Picks 7 - 10 = 2.5M
Picks 11 - 12 = 2.0M
Picks 13 - 18 = 1.5M
Picks 19 - 24 = 1.0M
Picks 25 - 39 = .950M
Picks 40 - 62 = .875M
