Benn needs to be convinced to go to NJD (the worst team in the league)

Not scrapping this - yet not waiving Benn until he is convinced this move makes sense for his career. When he initially waived from DAL, he was convinced that he was going to be a winner in CGY, not be packaged off to another rebuilder like DAL.
