You lost 32ibs in 2 months? Damn that’s good. Were you eating better also? Not eating less I mean like cutting back on beers, salty snacks etc?

I don't drink to begin with, so I had an advantage there haha. Honestly, I love unhealthy foods and if I had to eat salads or stuff like that I'd be right back to where I started cause I'd just eat out then. What I did was eat foods that I enjoy but watch my calories. So I eat 1400 calories every day but my body burns anywhere from 2000-2800 calories a day. I was also going to the gym around 5 days a week until covid happened. The majority of my days are two sandwiches for lunch and 10 chicken nuggets and a pizza pocket for dinner. I'll have a pepsi zero to help fill myself up and then I'm good for the day. That being said, my diet may not work for other people, they could be severely under eating and harming themselves.

Damn that’s your diet now? That seems like it would be super bad for you. I’m 220ibs but all I do for exercise is play hockey 1-2 times a week. I guess hitting the gym is the main thing. Pacho in i all he seems to do is eat McDonald’s and go to the gym lol

Even then, I haven't been able to go to the gym in over a week and have lost 2 pounds still. Eating is the main thing to losing weight, the gym is there just to make sure I don't lose too much of my muscle mass.

Good job stories like this (even though we don’t know each other in real life) make me feel happy that you’re doing better in life. Keep it up

Never realized how much I let myself go until I saw that haha. Thought I had a jawline, it was just my double chin... And thanks bud, I'm hoping to use my story to help others make the change they've always wanted to.

Have you done any sort of blood work or had a doctor checkup?
I ask because your current diet mixed with the rapid weight loss is a bit worrisome. Do you eat any veggies/fruits? Supplement with some sort of multivitamin?

Supplement with some sort of multivitamin? Yeah, I take vitamins to get the nutrients I don't get from eating. And I've done this sort of diet before (no carbs though) and had a pretty quick weight loss. That being said, I would never recommend losing weight as fast as I am. Anything more than 2 lbs per week is not healthy (mostly due to your body burning a lot of muscle).

Also, let me just point out that my diet in no way is healthy. What is it though is a lot healthier than how I used to eat. I'm the kind of person that I can't just go straight into healthy eating, I have to take steps. If I go straight to healthy eating and dieting that way then I end up craving unhealthy foods a lot, binge on them and end up worse than I started.
This is just the start for where I want to end up.

Just start by buying and stocking your fridge with healthy foods only. Cause then when you get hungry, you force yourself to eat what you're not used to and after three weeks or so, both your mind and body will climatized to REAL food. Then when you try to eat that garbage again, your body naturally rejects it. Its like an addiction that you need to go cold turkey on or you will always be owned by it. YOU CAN DO IT DUDE!

I did that two years ago lmao. Was eating salads, chicken and vegetables for 4 months. Lost 30 pounds but was craving burgers and pizza so much. And believe me, my body did not reject it when I started binge eating it again. Before I knew it I went from 205 to 175 all the way up to 218 by Christmas. So yeah, I know myself too well haha, can't go cold turkey or I'll do that again. This time it's about slowly transitioning and lowering the amount that I'm eating.

Started working out a bit. 20 days in a row at the gym today haha. Before I started going to the gym I just tried to do 8 sets of 25 sit ups, push ups, and squats each day. Also changed my eating habits. Started ordering hello fresh so it’s portioned (otherwise I eat till the food is gone), and I don’t snack between meals.
