RECRUITMENT COMPENSATION
*every new member recruited will be tracked here, and once the new member reaches ONE FULL ACTIVE SEASON - then the RECRUITING GM will be awarded the following compensation:
# of members Recruited within ONE FULL SEASON
1 - +1 APU
2 - +1 APU
3 - +1 MPU
4 - +1 MPU
5 - +1 3RD ROUND PICK
-> remaining = +1 3RD ROUND PICK
*note - 3rd round picks will take place after the 2nd round in the draft & there will be NO LIMIT to how many a GM can acquire & they ARE TRADABLE
ex.
'GM A' recruits 2 members on DEC 8th (sims) Season 1 2020-21 - if BOTH recruited GMs are still active come DEC 8th (sims) Season 2 2021-22, then 'GM A' will be awarded +2 MPU to use in that upcoming offseason
'GM A' recruits 4 members on DEC 8th (sims) Season 1 2020-21 - if 2 recruited GMs are still active come DEC 8th (sims) Season 2 2021-22, then 'GM A' will be awarded +2 MPU to use in that upcoming offseason
'GM A' recruits 8 members on DEC 8th (sims) Season 1 2020-21 - if 6 recruited GMs are still active come DEC 8th (sims) Season 2 2021-22, then 'GM A' will be awarded +2 MPU, +2 APU & +2 3RD ROUND PICKS to use in that upcoming offseason
