A few days ago Kruze was banned. Not sure what he did or said but this league will never be the same. RIP Kruzer till we meet again. Here’s a tribute that his former friend (Justin Traviss aka idiot, knob or whatever else he’s been called) made for him a few years ago. Without Kruze in this league my recruitment days are over. Its easy to say you'll miss him when you're not the one putting in work for the site and getting cussed out by him constantly.
His antics had an expiry date which has well since passed.

It's not a shot at you, not in the slightest. Some of us have been in these leagues together for a while. I think Greg, Cranker, Kruze, Cook and Snaggs have been together for a decade or around there. So Kruze being gone is noticeable for a lot of us who've been in these leagues for years. That being said, I think I can also speak for that group when saying that we appreciate everything you do and understand the pain in the ass Kruze can be and why you don't want him here. |

See this comment is exactly what I've been saying to you for years man. You take things too hard and out of context. That's why you hate kruze so much. He doesn't hate you. He doesn't disrespect you either. He just gets so in to this shit that he expresses himself harshly...its passion. He goes about it the wrong way for sure, so i totally understand your decision but if you listened to my advise on how to handle him, he's harmless and good for leagues. He's active, genuine and gives a shit. Its the job as an admin to learn how to be patient and adapt to all members traits, good or bad. Telling your most active and dedicated members to "leave if you don't like it" doesnt work man. We're a community and to say something like that to me, a guy who is an admin and showed you nothing but love and respect since day one is kinda fucked up. I think sometimes you feel like guys are attacking you when people are simply voicing an opinion. Like Jouby said, some of us have been together since these leagues first started and are extremely close, so you're damn right it sucks for me to lose a friend here. It doesn't mean I want to leave, but I'm not gonna just stand by and not express my feelings that I think it sucks. Especially when I know we can all coexist if we worked together and communicated. |

Man for the last 3 years kruze has been fucked to not only me, but a handful of members - you know it from the personal conversations you have had with me and from shit he has posted publicly. You always tell me to just let it go or handle him as a joke. I have shown patience with him this whole 3 years and have given him multiple opportunities to show change. He never did that. Please wake up from this Kruze coma you have been in for the last decade, he is not a good person on here regardless of how he is in real life.
Its easy for you to say that you will miss him, but you weren't the one constantly being told to go fuck yourself, always being told you are an idiot, or that the league system sucks, or that being here is a waste of time, or that you are just a scum of the earth who like to micromanage people, or that I treat others different and give favouritism to admins. Lots of various ways he said that there are multiple things wrong with the site and how it operates, yet providing no solutions and only pouring negativity towards us all. Now imagine dealing with real life issues and coming on here to escape for a bit only to be dragged down, called names you've never heard before, and talked down like you was a fucking peasant covered in shit - all while sacrificing real life and time to try to build something for others who are in the same situation as you.
Kruze is not passionate, he is delusional. I deleted everything he said that got him banned in the cbox cause we have new members here wondering why the fuck someone is so damn delusional on a fucking sim league. Some of you may need a reminder, but this is not real life.
If you want to talk about passion, look at the sacrifices we all constantly make. Personally, I put family off, put social events off, put my money into this, stay up all night couple nights every month for the last 28 months, and also sim a full week almost everyday for the last 2 years while still maintaining work life, serious health issues and not too mention the girl I was seeing these last 3 months ended shit with me two weekends ago cause I 'dont pay enough attention" to her cause I am either working or ON THIS FUCKING THING.
You know we wouldn't be here without your help Snaggs, yet I dont give a fuck if you are an admin or a new member. If you support abuse and negativity on this site, then you will be removed without warning cause we finally have a league to be proud of and we don't need individuals like kruze involved when they contribute more negativity than building this league like all the rest of you have done.
If you haven't noticed by now, this league is an extension of all of us. So when individuals take slights at the league, it feels like a slight to us as well. To say this league "won't be as good without him" is like saying someone wouldn't be as good without their cancer that was cured. kruze is toxic and has been removed. This league will only benefit, and we are already seeing new members who have a high hockey IQ and sense of direction for their teams. Its an exciting time to be apart of HLS.
We all personally put time in here for fun and to escape reality.
We don't come here to be abused and it will never be excused.
HLS is now in remission.

You pulled the same stunt over in that "other league" and now you're doing it here? It's ridiculous to go up to bat for someone who has pulled off so many stunts like these over the years in sim leagues. I don't care how active a person is, if you're that unstable emotionally and unable to manage your emotions as a middle-aged adult, we don't need you.

Nashville Predators GM there was more to me leaving that league then Kruze lol. I was asked to resign from the league and a few other things but whatever. But yes one reason why I love these leagues is because of Kruze but that’s the Minnesota Wild GM s decision to ban him. Just won’t be the same for me. And what Joub said yes there’s some guys that I have been in these leagues for a fairly long time. And I know Kruze is a pain in the ass also and the admin has apparently had enough

Nobody is doubting your commitment man. And we all completely understand why you banned him. It's no surprise. I guess im just frustrated because I've known him long enough to know how to handle him. I can defuse the guy pretty easily. But for you the way you react to him adds fuel to the fire. He gets out of control with you because you say the wrong thing to him. It sucks because from my side I can see how all issues could be quickly resolved but you guys are like oil and water. I dont support abuse, I just like Kruze in sims. He makes me laugh and he's fun to negotiate with. Joubs gets it. He and Kruze fight the most on this site by far and he's still defending him, because like me he knows not to take it personal and just enjoys Kruze for the entertainment. If you can't figure out how to defuse him and only see negativity then I guess you have no choice. You need to enjoy this to do the amount of work you do and i totally get that. Just stay humble man...we have a lot of new members which is awesome, but stay faithful to the ninjas that helped get us here. A few things you've said makes me feel like you're starting to forget that a bit.
