I think that's a harsh way of putting things. Everybody has their issues and saying that last sentence is a really bad look. Kruze has a weird way of expressing himself and has been a pain in my ass for 7 years now. I get both ends of the argument but that last sentence you said I am completely against.

I disagree. At some point individuals need to be held accountable for their actions. There's only so many second/third chances you get in life. If you or I or anyone else out there acted out and lashed out with the amount of angst that Kruze has, we'd be fired from our jobs, kicked and banned out of stores, deleted off websites and banned from social media, etc. You can argue that this isn't the "real world" however, now, more than ever, people need to act accordingly online as they do in real life. There are hurdles and obstacles everyone faces but being unable to cope appropriately when things go wrong is no reason to condone yourself the way you do especially considering this isn't a one-off situation. This has been going on for years and if you haven't been able to help yourself in minimizing these outbursts than that's on you now.

I'm more than willing to be patient and forgiving and more helpful with those who are up front and honest with themselves so if that changes then my opinion will change.

I agree with that but we have no clue what kind of mental illnesses that people have. I can even use myself as an example because you guys have seen clearly when I'm not acting as I normally do. Some people are bipolar, depressed, anxious, etc etc. We have no clue what they're dealing with mentally and sometimes that affects the way they act towards others.

I wasn't part of this decision nor was I around for what happened. I'll just say this. I get it from both perspectives. Kruze has always been a 'character' within this community and at times is a great guy to have around. He's active, clearly gives a shit about his team, and has good 'Oilers' knowledge. For someone checking into a league to check out for a bit, he's a good guy to have around.

As an admin, I don't think I'd be lying if I said Kruze is easily the most difficult member to manage in any sort of forum that I have ever been apart of or witnessed. I don't know what goes on in his life outside of these leagues, but his behaviour here is exhausting. I think we all know that's putting it lightly. For me, the negative outweighed the positive to the point I have no interest in ever running a league again.

It sucks, but it is what it is and has been that way for easily the last half of this decade, if not longer. Maybe with some time off, things can change, but I mean, it's been attempted. At a certain point, the admin is going to say uncle.
