QUESTION:
What does Marc Bergevin do with the Habs this offseason?
My prediction: Berg moves Domi, Allen, Petry and possible Tartar or Drouin. If I am him, make a pitch to eat Turris contract and acquire Filip Forsberg from NSH for Domi+ (something along those lines) and do everything possible to get more scoring help.

I honestly got no clue what he's going to do. That Allen trade was out of nowhere and makes zero sense for a team with Price. Waste of cap space imo.

Is Bergevin's contract up after next season or the one after?

No way I see Allen being in MTL start of next season. Berg should or will retain on him and send him to CGY, OTT, COL (hear they are moving on from Grub) or some other team that could use his recent cup experience. Berg will be compensated for doing Dougie this solid.

Idk, he should've been compensated with a pick. Instead he gave a 3rd for Allen. Makes zero sense to me.

As a habs fan I don't hate it. Workload on Price is too high, he was great against pitty because he was rested, giving him some more rest during the season to keep him on top of his game could make sense. Or they flip Allen to a team that needs goaltending help with a guy like domi/tatar for a better winger. Maybe add some picks or a prospect to get it done.
I can't see Petry or Drouin moving unless the offer is too good to be real haha.

He could have done worse, but not really no. Didnt like the Subban trade, didn't like the Sergachev trade.

I like Weber, but I feel like Subban lost heart when he left MTL and hasnt been the same since, he could have been completely different had he stayed. Just my 2 cents tho haha.

I think his back is done, maybe Bergevin realized that and moved him before it was completely done.
