There's no cap retention on him @ $1.250M nah thats C2C on here its "Players do NOT have to go through waivers if their contract is 1.0M or less " "Players 24 years old and younger and 1.75M or less, DO NOT need waivers to be sent down to minors" So Pouly does require waivers while counting towards cap |
