There will be some significant changes made during this OFFSEASON that will continue on for the future seasons on HLS.
*ALL CHANGES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED DURING THIS CURRENT OFFSEASON*

1. THERE WILL BE NO MORE AHL SEASON/PLAYOFFS
-The AHL component seems to be a dud last couple seasons. To eliminate GMs spending any focus or building a full AHL team, we will just scrap it and use a *AUTO* AHL UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE SYSTEM
-The ROSTER QUALIFICATIONS for AHL TEAM will be reduced to 6F, 4D and 2G w/ NO COACH
-We will be returning to ORIGINAL ROSTER FORMAT (see MIN WILD roster as example). GMs will have to MODIFY the AHL COMPONENT to their rosters during the OFFSEASON CHECKLIST.

2. MPU MINIMUM AGE WILL BE REDUCED TO 22yo
-This change doesn't need a vote, as it seems to be the most efficient way for GMs to invest in the prospects they draft or help a young player reach a higher plateau sooner.
-MPU costs will stay the same.
3. APU SYSTEM WILL BE CHANGED TO IRONMAN RULES
-This is the RESULT of the *MANDATORY POLL*: APU SYSTEM ADJUSTMENTS that had an overwhelming vote in favour of the change.
APU will be portioned as such:
79 OA -- 3 APU to add 1 to Player Overall
78 OA -- 2 APU to add 1 to Player Overall
75-77 OA+ -- 1 APU to add 1 to Player Overall
68-74 OA -- 1 APU to add 2 to Player Overall
57-67 OA -- 1 APU to add 3 to Player Overall
-There will be age restrictions on APU usage
20 yr olds can only receive 2 APU
21 yr olds can only receive 3 APU
22 yr olds can only receive 4 APU
23+ yr olds, no max, can use all 6 APU
