I'm not gonna argue this anymore. I've said my piece and won't go lower than 2025. Y'all can try to negotiate for LAK but we are both happy with what we're getting and I won't be budging anymore. I've tried to make mends meet but y'all clearly won't let anything pass if it's retained for more than 3 years no matter what I include.

Honestly, the only person who has a big issue with it is a Canucks fan who dislikes the Leafs lol. I think for everyone else, once the retention goes down a few years (to 2023/24) you'll be good. You mean I’m just not a leafs homer and overvalue their prospects Clearly the two parties of the trade hold the prospects to the same kind of value. |

Which is quite sad considering this is the type of deal that would happen irl. Ie. the Kessel trade.

I guess there isn’t much else to say. I’d obviously like it to go through. He’s added 2021 1st and 2nd. And the retention is down to 5 years.
