It's not so bad if you're paying up for multiple seasons though... 🤷
IMO I think it should be:
50% - admin 30% - NHL winner 20% - AHL winner

I'm not going to be part of the winners, but I don't get why the AHL team would get anything

yes zero for the AHL team. But I don't think I am going to be in this. I am lost on here and have no idea how to dance around on here, youtube, instagram, twitter and whatever else we are doing. I have no idea how to follow what is going on here now. I would be in for $15 if I could ever figure out how I can do this in the simplest form?? So it would be $15 per team?? for $30 for 2 teams for almost 2 months, I think that is reasonable if somebody could explain to me the simplest way for me to still do this??

You don’t need twitter or Instagram. He’s trying to find out the best way for this to work for everyone. So whether that’s posting the results on YouTube or the way things are now. Or both I think

Well, not to sound like the pessimist but with only a handful of guys from here wanting to do this, I'm not sure how we find nearly 25 people to fill up the sim league.

Well, not to sound like the pessimist but with only a handful of guys from here wanting to do this, I'm not sure how we find nearly 25 people to fill up the sim league. Everyone here is a pessimist so its not a problem. Like mentioned prior, I have yet to advertise cause no one is giving a reasonable response about what they are willing to step up with. If I just establish a price that I want, then all of you will leave and thats not my goal here. Once we establish the foundation, then all the ads and everything goes out. I have spent a fuck ton of my own money already to buy marketing/ad placements, domain names and equipment that makes the streaming HD. Once ads are live, they will be generating an average of 584,351 views PER DAY (according to google). Being a pessimist, its fine, its part of human nature. Just don't be surprised when this site fills up and becomes more interactive than ever. I want you OGs here to reap the rewards I do, yet I am always going to move the league forward in the direction thats most suitable without hesitation. I get money is tight for most of you, which is why the rewards are set up in a way to instantly give back memberships while also giving money to play with. The odds work out to be 1/15.5 (6.45%) to win any reward with the NHL winner Return on Investment (ROI) being roughly 830% while the AHL winner (ROI) is roughly 210%. Also, if you choose to pay double membership to run two teams (I don't want that, yet money talks) then your odds would be amplified to 1/7.75 (12.90%). Not too mention, the incentives of being staff and creating activity will result in rewards as well. Just remember, everyone here believed that this site was going to be a failure after C2C. It took a lot of convincing to get any of you on here. Yet once you guys started understanding this site, it became a part of your everyday lives, and when we are rolling we are the best sim league to ever exist. Now just imagine your best experience here amplified by a full league and a reward base. Take a leap of faith with me and be rewarded on the other side.

Well clearly you don’t read this thread lol. Oilers seems pretty confident in getting it filled so we’ll see I "clearly" did read this thread. Confidence in something is not the same as seeing it come to fruition. Have the plans changed because we only have a few people willing to proceed with this here? Are we counting on us to jumpstart the donation to get going with the rest? I already mentioned that I'm in, as long as we get a full league. I like to gamble. $10 isn't going to destroy my dreams of buying a house. But am I paying now to wait and see if it gets full? Am I going to be dealing with a bunch of people who have no clue or idea how to navigate a sim league? Currently, we're stuck in limbo, I don't see these new members joining to give me their money once I win. In response to Oilers, I have the confidence in you because you've put in a ton of time and ideas into this league. That's never been the issue.

Ok well was just pointing to the fact oilers did say how he was going to get new members. But I’m just as skeptical as you too. And there are a few unanswered things that Justin or mike were asking like how much but nobody really seems to be saying how much there willing to spend. $10 is fine with me but I mean if you’re the 31st team are you wanting to spend $10 on the wings?

In response to Oilers, I have the confidence in you because you've put in a ton of time and ideas into this league. That's never been the issue. Yeah the plan is moving forward. Nah there won't be a need to jumpstart, donations will only be sent in during a specific window before the draft begins each off season. For REBOOT, that means the TEAM SELECTION DRAFT. Don't expect to send anything until we have the league full with members willing to proceed with the new agreements. Even if that means some guys want to spend double to run two teams. As for the season we are currently in, I want to use the remainder as an example for new members coming in, which is why I am delaying posting right now. Looks like the league has voted in favour for REBOOT after this season, so main priority is to establish membership amount and begin the recruiting process while we close this ERA with the new format. Scepticism is well warranted, keep it coming cause it allows us to shape the direction that suits us all.
